A little about me


I’ve Made Every Mistake in the Book… So You Don’t Have To.

 

From training to nutrition, sleep to recovery—I’ve done it all wrong. I struggled with time management, battled the all-or-nothing mindset, and even pushed myself so far I nearly ended up in hospital… twice. Think extreme ice baths and a warped view of what “discipline” really looked like.

 

I’ve been obese. I was bullied. I had the piss taken out of me, constantly.

 

So I flipped the script.

 

I became a competitive fighter—went from being picked on to becoming the guy no one wanted to mess with.

 

But I took that too far, too. I became bulimic to cut weight for fights, chasing performance at the cost of my health. Since then it has also affected my hormones and my fertility forever - this is a struggle I can relate to and can offer help with if you have had similar.

 

That’s when I turned to personal training. At first, it was just to make myself a better, stronger, faster athlete. But somewhere along the way, I fell in love with something deeper: changing lives.

 

8 years in the game, and when COVID hit, it shut down my in-person PT career overnight. That’s when I discovered online coaching—and it turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me. That was nearly 3 years ago.

 

Now I help people all over the world become the fittest, healthiest, most confident versions of themselves—without giving up their lifestyle, spending hours in the gym, or cutting out the foods they love.

 

This isn’t just about fitness. It’s about energy. Confidence. Waking up proud of what you see in the mirror. Feeling alive. Understanding your body, so you can pass that knowledge on to your kids, family, and friends. Having a great fit healthy body at the expense of mental health and stability is NOT healthy.

After over a decade in the industry I am aiming to be the biggest name in the industry, something I strive for is to help people become their complete best self.
